Meet your instructor, Phil

Phil is an exercise physiologist and workplace wellbeing specialist.

He has been working with people to improve their health and wellbeing for over 15 years and has worked with a huge range of characters in that time.

From CEO’s of multinational organisations to day labourers in the gold mines of Papua New Guinea, he's seen a lot of different cases and completed over 25,000 individual health consults.

In addition to his work with individuals he has spent thousands of hours studying and teaching habit change, which he has condensed into this course you're about to take.

Anyone can change their habits

Our habits are not fixed, they are learned and so can be unlearned.

Relying on motivation and willpower alone to change our habits is a path to failure and can leave us feeled demoralised.

Instead, we need to learn the science behind our habits and how to put in place simple systems in order to make and break them, shaping them to create the lives we want to live.
